Well trying to do the cool down on my workout has confirmed it - in sympathy to blood_sorbet, I guess, I have in fact injured my back. It's been slowing getting worse. Not like my normal pain, definitely an injury. Should not cause stabbing pain to do sphinx yoga position. Awesome. That's what I get for trying one exercise I saw in a magazine week before last. I hope the physical therapist can do something about it. :|

There's something about flaming text that makes everything cooler. Especially when it involves the word "volcano". Apparently the taco isn't hot though . . . (so says the guy at our local TB, who clearly thought I was in high school even though he's likely younger than me :( )
